EVENT: Climate Challenge Cymru School Awards

Description: Primary schools across Mid & West Wales are participating in Climate Challenge Cymru, an initiative launched by Eluned Morgan, designed to teach primary school students about the issues facing our environment. With the support of partner organisations such as Keep Wales Tidy, RSPB, Surfers Against Sewage, Tir Coed, Castell Howell & The Carbon Trust, pupils have engaged in a series of activities and research tasks as a means of broadening their understanding of environmental issues. Julie James, Minister for Climate Change and Future Gen Commissioner, Derek Walker, will give special awards for outstanding submissions from the project.

Open to the public: Attendance at the event is by invitation only however the Senedd and the Pierhead will remain accessible to the public during our normal opening hours.
