Description: This event is the exciting launch of the Programme developed in partnership between ScoutsCymru and Mission to Seafarers. This Programme includes a new ScoutsCymru Badge for our Beavers, Cubs & Scouts as well as an Top Awards pathway for our Explorers to achieve top awards such as their Queen's Scout Award. The Programme explores the world of Seafaring and the lives of Seafarers across the world! Where young people help Captains, Cooks, Navigators, Engineers and more to complete their missions and develop vital skills for life along the way! In doing so they can learn about the seafaring industry, the diversity of the Seafaring family, how to support Seafarers to tackle global issues and complete their own independent research and projects.
Open to the public: The event will take place outside our normal opening hours therefore attendance will be by invitation only
