EVENT: Launch of Life on the Level Exhibition

Description: ‘Life on the Levels’ is a photographic response to a series of oral history interviews conducted across the Gwent Levels by Marsha O’Mahony and her team of volunteers. In the words of the interviewees, and in these images, they hope to capture voices and memories that are in danger of being lost. The legacy of this work will help preserve and interpret the living history of this fascinating - and often overlooked - part of Wales, and give the community its rightful voice and place in the landscape. This oral history has been conducted on behalf of the Living Levels Landscape Partnership.
Open to the public: The event will take place outside our normal opening hours therefore attendance will be by invitation only
