EVENT: Launch of the Understanding Welsh Places website

Description: Launch of the Understanding Welsh Places bilingual website Understanding Welsh Places will support and inspire communities, place makers and policy makers to make positive changes in the places where they live and work. The website will present useful data and geographical information about more than 300 places in Wales in a format that is quick and easy to use. People will be able to use this information to identify opportunities in their areas now and in the future. The Institute of Welsh Affairs gratefully acknowledges funding support from the Carnegie UK Trust (CUKT). The development of the Understanding Welsh Places website itself is funded by both CUKT and the Welsh Government.
Open to the public: Attendance at the event is by invitation only however the Senedd and the Pierhead will remain accessible to the public during our normal opening hours.
