EVENT: Political engagement event - Recognising the skills of young persons with disabilities

Description: This event has been organised to celebrate the United Nations:- world youth skills days and to recognise the contribution of persons with disabilities. The event aims to bring disabled young people together to take part in a question time panel with assembly members and enhance their political engagement. It also aims to highlight the barriers to participation for disabled people through a drama performance. Additionally, there will be an opportunity for young people to shape their future wales and take part in a workshop run by young wales. Young people will be able to find out information about projects, have a voice and find out about help for disabled people in the work place and through the disabled students allowance.
Open to the public: Attendance at the event is by invitation only however the Senedd and the Pierhead will remain accessible to the public during our normal opening hours.
