EVENT: Launch of Primary Agenda

Description: Primary AGENDA is a resource for educational practitioners who want to support children (age 8-11) to make positive relationships matter in their school and community. Through starter activities and case studies, Primary AGENDA invites practitioners to explore inclusive, creative and rights-based approaches to a range of issues including: Feelings and emotions, Friendships, Body image, Bodily autonomy, Consent, Gender norms in society, Gender equality and equity, Gender and sexuality rights, Prejudice-based bullying. Primary AGENDA is a collaborative project that has been led by Professor Emma Renold at Cardiff University, in partnership with NSPCC Cymru/Wales and Welsh Women’s Aid, with the support of the Office of the Children’s Commissioner for Wales.

Open to the public: The event will take place outside our normal opening hours therefore attendance will be by invitation only
