Description: ANCHOR PEOPLES is an Artstation Production, a contemporary artwork exploring the 'social contract' co-produced with community representatives from Gurnos, Merthyr and South Riverside Community Development Centre, Cardiff in association with Cardiff University and Bristol University as part of the Productive Margins Research Programme
Open to the public: The event will take place outside our normal opening hours therefore attendance will be by invitation only
