EVENT: Change the Gender Imbalance - how to attract more women into engineering

Description: The Institution of Civil Engineers is seeking to change the gender imbalance as there are limited numbers of females in engineering (and specifically civil engineering). ICE is a strong advocate for Fairness, Inclusion and Respect Issues and Gender is one of the main streams. Julie James AM, Leader of the House will share her thoughts on how to encourage more women into Civil Engineering.
Open to the public: Attendance at the event is by invitation only however the Senedd and the Pierhead will remain accessible to the public during our normal opening hours.
