Description: Race Council Cymru invites you to join them during Black History Month 2018 for a Race Equality Conference to discuss progress which has been made on Race Relations in Wales and the UK in the past 50 - 70yrs of the Windrush, 70yrs of the NHS heavily supported by ethnic minority personnel, the 50th Anniversary of the passing of the 1968 Race Relations Act, 50th Anniversary of the death of Martin Luther King Jnr, 25 Years of Stephen Lawrence's Death. There will be workshops and keynote speakers to look at the progress that have been achieved over the last fifty - 70years and the opportunity to join discussions on the current state of race discrimination in Wales and the next steps that need to be taken.
