Description: The new Shared Parental Leave (SPL) Regulations are due to come into force on 1 December 2014 and will apply to eligible parents of babies born or children adopted on or after 5 April 2015. The Working Families breakfast briefing will examine the key changes under the law; explain the new rights and obligations for employers and employees and how these might affect existing policies for organisations. We will also consider the practical implications for organisations of Shared Parental Leave.
