Minutes:
The
Committee considered further correspondence on the petition and agreed to
request a paper setting out the scrutiny given to the issue of appeals against
school closures at the time the School Standards and Organisation (Wales) Act
2013 was passed, together with options for taking forward further consideration
of the merits of an appeals mechanism.
