4.3 The Chair announced that Stage 2 had been completed with all sections and schedules of the Bill being deemed agreed.

 

4.4 The Committee agreed that the Minister for Housing and Regeneration should produce a revised Explanatory Memorandum to take account of the amendments that had been agreed during Stage 2 proceedings.
