2.4 The Committee requested that the Minister for Local Government and Government Business, Lesley Griffiths AM (Member in Charge) prepare a revised Explanatory Memorandum, in accordance with Standing Order 26.27.

 

2.5 The Chair informed the Committee that Stage 3 proceedings for the Bill would begin on Friday, 10 May 2013.  The Chair informed Members that the deadline for tabling amendments at Stage 3 would be issued in due course.
