Climate Change, Environment and Infrastructure Committee has been set up by the
Senedd to look at policy and legislation, and to hold the Welsh Government to account
in specific areas. These areas include climate change policy, the environment,
energy; planning; transport, and connectivity.</OpeningPara>

Remit
The
Committee was established on 23 June 2021 to examine legislation and hold the
Welsh Government to account by scrutinising its expenditure, administration and
policy matters, encompassing (but not restricted to): climate change policy,
the environment, energy; planning; transport, and connectivity.
