established on 2
July 2013 when the Assembly agreed the Agricultural Sector (Wales) Bill
should be treated as an Emergency Bill. Its remit was to consider
amendments to the Agricultural
Sector (Wales) Bill at Stage 2, in accordance with Standing Order 26.103.
