Oral Assembly Questions Minutes: Business
Managers did not agree any areas of reform to tabling. The Llywydd and DPO
agreed to adapt their priorities while chairing so that: ·
They would not call as many
supplementary questions and therefore calling more tabled questions; ·
There will be a lower priority to
calling Party Leaders/Spokespeople on other questions; and ·
There will be an expectation on
Party Leaders/Spokespeople and Ministers to be more succinct. Business
Managers had differing views on the level of priority for a wider review of
Standing Orders, so the Llywydd asked that the Secretariat bring forward a
scoping paper on what a full scale review would look like and the resources
involved. |
