there will be a short break prior to the start of the Stage 3 proceedings, with
the bell rung 5 minutes before the resumption.
Wednesday
The Llywydd
informed Business Managers that BSL interpretation is being arranged for Mark
Isherwood’s MLP debate, with the intention that this can be provided live on
Senedd.tv.

(Single-use Plastic Products) (Wales) Bill immediately after today’s Stage 3

Recess Dates Minutes: Business Committee agreed the dates for Whitsun Half Term and Summer Recess and agreed provisional recess dates for Autumn Half Term and Christmas Recess 2023. |

Christmas Recess Tabling Arrangements Minutes: Business Committee
agreed tabling arrangements for the Christmas recess, including for Plenary
business for the first week of term, Written Questions and amendments to the
Social Partnership (Wales) Bill. The Committee also agreed the arrangements for
laying documents during the Christmas period. |

Consideration of draft report on recommendations of the Special Purpose Committee on Senedd Reform Minutes: Business Committee
considered and agreed the draft report, and for it to be laid and provided to
the Welsh Government before the end of term, subject to two additions: to note
Sian Gwenllian’s view that Senedd Reform legislation should contain only the
Welsh titles of ‘Llywydd’ and ‘Dirprwy Lywydd’; and, to note the Llywydd’s view
that an increased maximum number of Welsh Ministers should be set at 16. |
