3.1 The Committee received a technical briefing from Dr Meryl Kenny, Senior Lecturer in Gender and Politics, University of Edinburgh, Prof. Mona Lena Krook, Department of Political Science, Rutgers University, and Dr Fiona Buckley, Department of Government and Politics, University College Cork.
