Minutes: 3.1 The Committee considered the Finance Committee’s statement of principles and noted that they were adopted by the Fifth Senedd’s Llywydd’s Committee. 3.2 The Committee agreed to adopt the Finance Committee’s statement of principles and requested the Electoral Commission have regard to it in the preparation of their budget proposals. |

in the relevant Welsh Ministers and the Legislation, Justice and Constitution
Committee and also by the Local Government and Housing Committee for their
consideration of the Legislative Consent Memorandum. |
