Agenda and minutes

1.1        The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting of the Standards of Conduct Committee.

1.2        John Griffiths sent his apologies. There were no declarations of interest.

2.1 The Committee agreed to the terms of reference for the inquiry into the Registration and Declaration of Interests, as drafted.

2.2 The Committee agreed to hold a public consultation.

3.1 The Committee agreed the revised rules, subject to one small change and any additional tidying up needed.

3.2 The Committee agreed to consider a short report on the revised rules at a future meeting.

4.1 The Committee considered the feedback and agreed to return to the matter at the next meeting, when they would have feedback from the Commissioner for Standards.

5.1 The Committee considered a report from the Commissioner for Standards in accordance with Standing Order 22.2(i).
