Agenda and minutes

1.1        The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting of the Standards of Conduct Committee. There were no declarations of interest.

2.1 The Committee took evidence from the Commissioner for Standards and agreed to make further amendments to the draft Procedure.

3.1 The Committee considered the letter from the First Minister along with the legal advice note.

3.2 The Committee agreed to write back to the Llywydd, copying in the Standards Commissioner, to outline its findings on the interaction between the Code for Plaid Cymru Designated Members and the Code of Conduct for Members of the Senedd.

4.1 The Committee agreed to the draft consultation document, and to undertake a review of cross-party groups as part of the work.
