Agenda and minutes

1.1           The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting.

1.2       All Members were present for the start of the meeting however Luke Fletcher MS indicated he would need to leave during item 3.

1.3       Under SO 17.24A, Andrew RT Davies MS and Samuel Kurtz MS declared an interest in respect to the discussions to be held in this meeting.

2.1     The Committee considered and reviewed the draft report, and discussed changes to be made prior to its publication.

3.1     The Committee considered the key issues of the inquiry, and discussed matters to be included in the final report.

4.1     The Committee discussed the forward work programme paper, and agreed it’s programme of work for the remainder of this Senedd year prior to dissolution.

5.1     The Committee considered the monitoring report, and agreed to further recommended actions as a result.

6.1     The Committee discussed and considered the letter from the Global Centre of Rail Excellence, following their visit to the site in the previous month.
