Minutes: 2.1 Members scrutinised the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care, the Minister for Children and Social Care and the Minister for Mental Health and Wellbeing. They agreed to provide the following: -total number of children who are waiting for treatment including those waiting for treatment outside Wales. - figures on the number of health care assistants that are providing support to families. - information on the outreach element of Flying Start - share with the Committee the findings from the spotlight event. - share with the Committee the report from The Royal College of Psychiatrists regarding CAHMS referrals for 11 to 18-year-olds. – progress report on how regional safeguarding boards are embedding the recommendations from the Child Practise Review. 2.2 Members agreed to send the question unasked for a written response. |
