Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest Minutes: 1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting of the Children, Young People and Education Committee. 1.2 Apologies were received from Hefin David MS, Lee Waters MS substituted for Hefin for items 1 to item 6. Vaughan Gething MS sent his apologies for items 1 to item 6, there was no substitute for Vaughan. 1.3 The Chair thanked Jack Sargeant for all his work on the Committee and wished him well in his new role. 1.3 Under Standing Order 17.24A Cefin Cambell MS declared an interest as he was part of the development of Welsh Language and Education (Wales) Bill. |
