1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting of the Children, Young People and Education Committee.

1.2 Apologies were received from Hefin David MS, Alun Davies MS substituted for Hefin from 10.30am.

1.3 Under Standing Order 17.24A Cefin Cambell MS declared an interest as he was part of the development of Welsh Language and Education (Wales) Bill.
