Minutes:

1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting of the Children, Young People and Education Committee.

1.2 The Chair noted that Ken Skates MS and Laura Jones MS would be joining the meeting late, and that James Evans MS would need to leave the meeting early and had sent his apologies from 11am onwards.
