The Cabinet Secretary agreed to provide a note on the following: - The requirements for consultation within the Bill, and in particular, in relation to consultation and engagement with communities; - Specific consideration of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) in the development of the Bill and how its Articles have been directly taken into account within the Child Rights Impact Assessment.
