Nominations for committee chair

The Presiding Officer invited nominations for the chair of the following committee in accordance with Standing Order 17.2F:

Legislation, Justice and Constitution Committee (Labour)

Jack Sargeant nominated Mike Hedges. Hefin David seconded the nomination.

Jenny Rathbone nominated Alun Davies. Mark Drakeford seconded the nomination.

As there were two nominations, the Presiding Officer referred the nominations to a secret ballot in accordance with Standing Order 17.2I.
