propose that the Senedd, in accordance with Standing Order 29.6, agrees that
provisions in the Data Protection and Digital Information Bill, in so far
as they fall within the legislative competence of the Senedd, should be
considered by the UK Parliament. Footnote: A
Legislative Consent Memorandum was laid in Table Office on
29 March 2023 and Supplementary Legislative Consent Memoranda were laid
on 25 May 2023, 11 December 2023 and 25 April 2024, in accordance with
Standing Order 29.2. A
