Welcomes the report findings that will assist to support future policy making
under A Healthier Wales. The

Believes that if the Welsh NHS is to be safeguarded for future challenges,
retaining the current workforce and recruiting more staff is essential. 4.

alongside fit for purpose working terms and conditions, including flexible
