LCM on the Protection from Sex-based Harassment in Public Bill NDM8290 Jane Hutt (Vale of
Glamorgan) To propose that the Senedd, in accordance with Standing
Order 29.6 agrees that provisions in the Protection from Sex-based Harassment
in Public Bill in so far as they fall within the legislative competence of the
Senedd, should be considered by the UK Parliament. Footnote: A Legislative Consent Memorandum was laid in Table
