At 15.46 Alun Davies raised a point of order relating to the opportunity for Members of the Senedd to scrutinise Designated Members under the Cooperation Agreement during Senedd proceedings. The Deputy Presiding Officer indicated that this would be given consideration.

At 15.47 Janet Finch-Saunders raised a point of order in relation to the accuracy of two points made by the Deputy Minister for Climate Change in his early response to her questions. The Deputy Presiding Officer indicated that the Deputy Minister would review the transcript and correct any inaccuracies if necessary.

Although directed towards a government decision and not an individual, he stated that the language used was inappropriate and he invited the Member to reflect on it and to ensure future contributions are respectful to all.
