Statement by the Llywydd

At 18.26 the Llywydd addressed the Chamber on an earlier use of the term ‘hysterical’ by the Deputy Minister for Climate Change during Spokespeople’s questions. The Llywydd stated that she does not expect to hear that term used to describe a contribution by a woman in future.
