Welcomes the formation of the expert panel which will explore the establishment
of a shadow Broadcasting and Communications Authority for Wales. 2.
Notes that the Co-operation Agreement between Plaid Cymru and the Welsh
Government states their agreement that broadcasting and communications powers
should be devolved to the Senedd. Co-Submitter The
