propose that the Senedd: Believes
that the Labour Welsh Government is failing local communities. The following amendments have been tabled: Amendment 1 Lesley Griffiths (Wrexham) Delete all and replace with: To propose that the Senedd: Recognises the Welsh Government has acted
to protect communities across Wales from the UK Government’s failure to take
seriously the cost-of-living crisis and its refusal to reverse its harmful cut
to universal credit. [If amendment 1 is agreed, amendment 2 will
be de-selected] Amendment 2 Sian Gwenllian (Arfon) Delete all and replace with: To propose that the Senedd: 1. Believes that the regressive policies of
successive Westminster Governments – under Labour and the Conservatives – and
the lack of ambition of Labour Welsh Governments have failed Welsh communities. 2. Believes that the Cooperation Agreement
between Plaid Cymru and the Welsh Government secures a number of
transformational policies that will benefit the people and communities of
