At 13.30, the Llywydd made a statement paying tribute to former Members Jenny Randerson and Peter Rogers. Jane Dodds and Darren Millar paid tribute on behalf of their respective parties.

The Presiding Officer will invite nominations for the chair of the following committee, in accordance with Standing Order 17.2F:

1. Economy, Trade, and Rural Affairs Committee (Conservative)

The Presiding Officer invited nominations for the Chair of the Economy, Trade and Rural Affairs Committee in accordance with Standing Order 17.2F.

Paul Davies nominated Andrew RT Davies.

As there were no further nominations and no objections the Presiding Officer declared Andrew RT Davies elected as Chair of the Economy, Trade and Rural Affairs Committee.

The Presiding Officer will call Party Leaders to ask questions without notice to the First Minister after Question 2.
