2 - Heledd Fychan
(South Wales Central) Add
new point at end of motion: Believes
that the annual report and legislative programme demonstrate that the Welsh
Government does not have all the levers necessary to ensure meaningful and
sustainable improvements to the lives of the people of Wales, that we must
continue to make the case for additional powers but that ultimately,
independence is the most feasible means to achieve a greener, fairer, more
prosperous Wales. Amendment
3 - Darren Millar
(Clwyd West) Add
new points at end of motion: Believes
that the annual report highlights the Welsh Government’s major failings in
delivering for the people of Wales.
Calls on the Welsh Government to address the pressures the health and
education systems are under, which have both received real-term cuts in the
Welsh Government’s 2023-24 budget. Further
calls on the Welsh Government to tackle the gap in take-home pay between Wales
and the rest of the United Kingdom, along with Wales having the UK’s lowest
employment rate. Regrets
