taking place on 6 March, the Committee agreed not to schedule any debates that

Timetables for the Elections and Elected Bodies (Wales) Bill and the Local Government Finance (Wales) Bill Minutes: The Business Committee considered a paper
concerning the timetables for the Elections and Elected Bodies (Wales) Bill and
the Local Government Finance (Wales) Bill. The Committee agreed to defer a
decision on revising the timetables for the Bills, in order to consult the
Local Government and Housing Committee and to return to the matter at a future
meeting. Business Committee also requested a note on arrangements for
appointment of Counsel General once the current officeholder ceases to hold
office, in accordance with Standing Order 9.8, following nominations for First
Minister. The note would also cover the remit and responsibilities of the
current Counsel General and Minister for the Constitution. |
