·         Statement by the Minister for Health and Social Services: Update on ‘More than just words 2022-27’ (30 mins)

·         The Plant Health etc. (Miscellaneous Fees) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2023 (10 5 mins)

·         The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Consequential Amendment) Regulations 2023 (15 mins)

  • Short Debate: Peter Fox (Monmouth) (30 mins) Withdrawn

4.1

Update on LCMs

Minutes:

Business Committee agreed to refer the LCM on the Automated Vehicles Bill to the Climate Change, Environment and Infrastructure Committee and the Legislation, Justice and Constitution Committee for scrutiny, with a reporting deadline of 1 March 2024.

Response from the Chair of the Reform Bill Committee regarding the Senedd Cymru (Electoral Candidate Lists) Bill timetable

Minutes:

Business Committee considered a response from the Reform Bill Committee and agreed the proposed timetable for the Senedd Cymru (Electoral Candidate Lists) Bill.

Letter from the Chair of the Llywydd's Committee requesting a meeting slot

Minutes:

Business Committee agreed the request from the Llywydd Committee for it to be able to meet on the afternoon of Monday 22 January 2024. Business Committee also agreed that the Committee should continue to request alternative meeting slots as and when required.
