The Trefnydd drew Business Managers’ attention to the following changes:

 

·         Statement by the Deputy Minister for Climate Change: Bus Reform (30 mins) To be issued as a Written Statement

·         Statement by the Deputy Minister for Mental Health and Well-being: Update on the Dementia Action Plan (30 mins) Postponed

·         Statement by the Minister for Economy - Investment Zones (30 mins)

·         Statement by the Minister for Economy: Recognising the contribution events make to Wales (30 mins) Postponed

·         Statement by the Minister for Economy – Tata Steel (30 mins)

·         Motion to suspend Standing Orders (5 mins)

·         Debate: Remembrance (60 mins)

 

·         Voting Time will take place as the last item of business. 

·         Plenary is unlikely to run past 6.05pm.

 

Heledd Fychan asked when the postponed oral statements on the ‘Dementia Action Plan’ and the ‘contribution events make to Wales’ will take place. The Trefnydd confirmed that they will be rescheduled in the new year.

King’s Speech

 

The Trefnydd informed Business Committee that the Government aims to publish a Written Statement containing an early analysis of items expected to be of interest to the Senedd as soon as possible following today’s King’s Speech.

 

Publication of Emergency and Topical Questions

 

The Llywydd notified Business Managers that the necessary development work has now been completed and that, from this week, all Emergency and Topical Questions will be published on the Record website by the end of the week in which they were considered.

 

The Llywydd asked Business Managers to remind their groups that updated Guidance on the Proper Conduct of Senedd Business, including in relation to Topical Questions, was published and circulated to Members on 20 October.
