Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest

Minutes:

1.1       The Chair welcomed the Members to the Committee.

1.2       Apologies were received from David Rowlands AM.

1.3       The Chair paid tribute to the Rt Hon Rhodri Morgan.

1.4       The Chair sent the Committee’s condolences to the families affected by the incident in Manchester on 22 May.
