Agenda and minutes

1.   The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting and thanked staff at the Acton Community Resource Centre for their hospitality and assistance in organising the meeting.

2.   Apologies had been received from Mick Antoniw, John Griffiths, Mike Hedges, Lynne Neagle, David Rees and Bethan Sayed.

3.   The Chair invited the First Minister to make a statement following the conclusion of the inquest into the death of Carl Sargeant.

The Committee scrutinised the First Minister on the manufacturing sector in Wales.

The First Minister’s official, Dickie Davis, agreed to share with the Committee correspondence between Ken Skates, Minister for Economy and Transport, and James Hackett, President and CEO, Ford Motor Company.
