Minutes:

1.1        Under Standing Order 17.47, The Chair adjourned the meeting until 10.30 as the representative from the Prison Officer's Association was not present.

1.2        The Committee reconvened at 10.30.  The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting. 

1.3        The Chair noted that Helen Mary Jones AM had now left the Committee. The Chair thanked the Member for her contribution to the Committee’s work, and welcomed Rhun ap Iorweth AM as a new committee member.
