1.1 Apologies were received from Andrew RT Davies.

 

1.2 The Chair welcomed Llyr Gruffydd to the meeting who replaces Dai Lloyd as a permanent member of the Committee. The Chair thanked Dai Lloyd for his contribution to the Committee’s work.

Discussion of forward work programme

Minutes:

3.1 The Committee agreed to write to the Business Committee to request an extension to its reporting deadline on the Legislative Consent Memorandum for the Agriculture Bill.

 

3.2 The Committee considered potential inquiries for the spring term. It agreed to undertake an inquiry into biodiversity as soon as its work programme permits. The Committee will consider a scope and approach paper in due course.
