3.1 Members received evidence from Steve Curry, Chief Operating Officer; Lisa Dunsford, Director of Operations for the Primary, Community and Intermediate Care (PCIC) Clinical Board, and Dr Sherard Lemaitre, GP from Cardiff and Vale University Health Board as part of the inquiry into Primary care out-of-hours service.

3.2 Steve Curry agreed to send further information:

·         The number of instances when C&VUHB have paid increased rates for GPs to fill out-of-hours shifts at short notice within the last twelve months

·         The number of compensation claims paid within this financial year which related to complaints against the out-of-hours service
