tackling Poverty, John Howells, Director, Housing and Regeneration, and Emma
Williams, Deputy Director, Housing Policy as part of its inquiry into The Welsh
Government’s Supporting People Programme. 3.2

whether third sector organisations were invited to participate in the
stakeholder engagement workshops during the development of the Pathfinder
project ·
