Minutes: 3.1 The Committee took evidence from Rebecca Evans MS, Minister for Finance and Trefnydd; Matthew Denham-Jones, Deputy Director Financial Controls; and Margaret Davies, Deputy Director of Strategic Budgeting on the Welsh Government’s First Supplementary Budget 2020-21. 3.2 The Minister agreed to write to the Committee: · detailing how much overall additional COVID-19 funding each health board will receive in this supplementary budget; · providing the health department’s key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the £57 million spend to support the Test Trace Protect Strategy, in terms of the capital required to establish the programme and its operating costs; · on the outcome of her discussions with the Minister for Housing and Local Government regarding the funding for Armed Forces Liaison Officers. |
