The Clerk opened the meeting and called for nominations to elect a temporary
chair for the duration of the meeting and the meeting on 27 September 2018. 1.2
Llyr Gruffydd was nominated by David Rees and elected as temporary chair. 1.3
The temporary Chair welcomed Members to the meeting. 1.4
Apologies were received from Steffan Lewis AM. Llyr Gruffydd attended as a
substitute. |

The Committee agreed its approach to scrutiny of the draft budget and the
schedule of oral evidence sessions during the autumn term. The Committee agreed
to hold a concurrent meeting on impact assessments in the budget with the
Children, Young People and Education Committee and the Equality, Local
Government and Communities Committee. |
