Any Other Business Allocation
of Committee Chairs Darren
Millar informed Business Managers that the Welsh Conservative Group now wished
to nominate one of its Members for the position of the Petitions Committee
Chair, in line with the decision in principle by Business Committee on 23
October 2018. The
majority decision was in favour of the re-allocation - Neil Hamilton objected. A
motion to re-allocate the Chair of the Petitions Committee to the Welsh
Conservative Group will be taken as the last item of business during Plenary
today. If agreed, the Llywydd will invite nominations at the start of
tomorrow’s Plenary; a secret ballot will take place if more than one nomination
is received. |
