4.1

Section 116C - Power to add new devolved taxes

Minutes:

Business Managers agreed to defer discussions on the paper whilst the Welsh Government continue their discussions with the UK Treasury.  The Leader of the House agreed that the Welsh Government would ensure that there is still enough time to consult with the Finance and Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committees before coming to a decision on the procedure.

Minutes:

Business Managers discussed the paper and asked that the Secretariat draw up a note of discussions and potential areas for agreement by next week. 

Business Managers agreed to discuss with their groups about a wider review.
